About Me
Hi, I’m Jete — a pilates instructor, foodie, traveler, nature lover.
I help busy people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to their bodies through mindful Pilates practices they can actually stick with.
For me, Pilates is more than a workout, it’s a practice that brings you back to yourself.
After spending 1.5 years on the tropical island of Réunion, I experienced how powerful it is to slow down, move with intention, and live more mindfully. That experience shaped everything I now teach.
