We want you to feel confident purchasing from Colorful Mango. This policy explains what happens in different scenarios so there are no surprises.
1. Free trial
All membership plans include a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial, but nothing is charged until your trial ends.
If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is needed because no payment has been taken.
2. Membership subscriptions
If you cancel your membership after being charged, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
Examples:
- Cancel on day 5 of a monthly plan → access continues until the end of that month, no refund issued
- Cancel on month 2 of a quarterly plan → access continues until the end of the quarter, no refund issued
- Cancel on month 3 of a yearly plan → access continues until the end of the year, no refund issued
3. One-time program purchases
Programs are one-time purchases with lifetime access. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the program.
If you purchased a program but have not accessed any content yet, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
4. EU consumer right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by accessing any class, program, or digital content on Colorful Mango, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you waive your right to withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you have not accessed any content, you may request a withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at admin@colorfulmango.com.
5. Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact us at admin@colorfulmango.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will offer a refund or account extension at our discretion.
6. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund but we will always try to find a fair solution.
