Colorful Mango provides online Pilates classes, structured programs, live online classes, in-person classes in Tallinn, wellness content, and healthy recipes for educational and informational purposes only.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, subscribers, and members. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase paid content. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Health disclaimer
All content on this website — including exercise videos, articles, and nutrition information — is provided for general wellness education. It is not medical advice and should not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.
Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or wellness programme, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have injuries, or existing health concerns.
Exercise should never be painful. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort during a class, stop immediately and seek medical advice if needed. Pain is not part of the practice — always modify, rest, or skip any movement that does not feel right for your body.
Our classes are designed for general fitness and wellbeing purposes. They are not intended as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or medical treatment.
By participating in any workout or applying information from this website, you confirm that you are physically able to do so and that you participate at your own risk.
3. Assumption of risk & liability waiver
By using Colorful Mango, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity. You are encouraged to modify or skip any exercise that causes pain or discomfort, and to always work within your own limits and at your own pace.
Apparelific OÜ, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, or health issue resulting from following exercises or advice provided on this platform. This includes any injury resulting from failure to seek appropriate medical advice prior to participation.
You release us from all claims, demands, or damages connected with your participation.
4. User accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Subscription fees and one-time program purchases are billed as stated on the website.
Free trials require a valid payment method. You will not be charged until your trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after being charged, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time except where required by Estonian or EU consumer law.
As a consumer in the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. However, by starting to use the service — such as accessing a class or program — you acknowledge that you waive this right and agree that the service has begun.
Digital products and class access are non-transferable. Some content, such as recipes and the free 3-day program, is available free of charge.
6. Affiliate & referral program
Participants in our affiliate or referral program agree to promote Colorful Mango honestly and accurately. You may not make false claims about our services or use misleading marketing methods.
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases only. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice.
Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or any attempt to manipulate the program will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
7. Intellectual property
All videos, text, graphics, recipes, and other materials on Colorful Mango are owned by Apparelific OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account login with others
- Record, download, or redistribute any class or program content
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Misuse the platform in a way that could damage our services or reputation
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without written permission
9. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your personal data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@colorfulmango.com.
11. Limitation of liability & disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee specific fitness or health results.
- We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or damages caused by use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee that our website or content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
- All content, tools, and services are provided as is and as available. You use them at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from using our website or downloading any material.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.
12. Governing law
