Method
- Blend dates with water
- Add flour, cacao and coconut milk
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined, forming a thick, dough-like consistency. Adjust consistency if needed by adding a little more water or flour. The mixture should hold its shape but not be too sticky.
- Scoop the dough into muffin molds (I used silicone ones) and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes. These muffins are delicious both hot and cold!
