No equipment is required. All classes are mat-based and use your own body weight. Occasionally you can use simple props like a pillow or towel if you want extra comfort, but it’s not necessary.
How long are the classes?
Most classes are between 10 and 50 minutes. You can choose shorter sessions when you’re busy or longer flows when you want a deeper workout or relaxation.
Is there a free trial?

How often should I practice?
