It’s not just about staying fit. Pilates helps train your deep muscles — the ones that support you in everyday life. It can prevent or even heal back pain, something I’ve struggled with myself.

If you want to feel young in your body, it’s important to keep moving and never stop. Yes, short breaks are totally okay when you need them, but the main thing is this: don’t stop for too long, because restarting is always harder than continuing. 🌿

And don’t say no to something just because it’s a trend. If I had known Pilates would become such a big boom, knowing myself, I probably wouldn’t have joined the course — and I wouldn’t be doing what I love today. ☀️

Hey everyone! I’m Jete from Estonia. 🌿

Why Colorful Mango? 🥭
Well, I am a huge fan of mangoes, and this name kinda just came to me years ago, so I stuck with it cause it’s fun.

I’m a foodie, I love dancing, and Pilates also just came to me at the beginning of 2025 when I decided to join the Pilates Instructor course. I didn’t even know about the Pilates boom, but I just felt it’s so right for me and here I am - a fresh Pilates Trainer who really wants to help you move without stress and make movement your lifestyle, cause it’s so important if you want to feel young and stay healthy as long as possible.

I’m obsessed with nature which means I love training outside or just playing nature sounds in my classes.

My classes are a mix of pilates and yoga, so I like to call it Meditative Pilates.

I am not a fan of cream buns at all and that's why I invented something special for all the hazelnut lovers out there! 😋

One of my “dreams” came true. I was able to eat outside different things, drink a bit and my stomach wasn’t hurting AT ALL. 😮

I can’t believe it after dealing with it for 4+ years after being on antibiotics in Asia. That journey hasn’t been easy… and I’m definitely not 100% healed yet but I just can’t believe that really happened yesterday exactly on my birthday! 🎉
