Fresh, naturally sweet, and so delicious 🥭✨

If you’re craving ice cream or something refreshing, this creamy mango chia pudding is perfect. It’s rich in vitamins, nourishing, and takes just minutes to prepare.
 150 ml coconut milk (I used @foodin) 5 tbsp mango purée (I used @salvesteesti) 3 tbsp chia seeds Fresh raspberries
 1️⃣ Mix coconut milk, mango purée, and chia seeds. 2️⃣ Keep in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. 3️⃣ Serve with fresh raspberries.

Why this combo is so good: 🥭 Mango → vitamin C, antioxidants, skin support 🥥 Coconut milk → healthy fats for satiety and hormones ❤️ Raspberries → fiber + polyphenols for gut health

Pure food and high-quality supplements are very important to me.

My daily supplements are vitamins B, C, and D, magnesium, and omega-3.

Depending on my body’s needs and the season, I also like to do different courses.

For example, right now I’m taking royal jelly, one of the most beneficial bee products. It supports the immune system, helps balance hormones, improves skin health, and boosts overall vitality. 🐝

Another favorite of mine is probiotics from TISSO. The only negative thing I can say is that it tastes too good but you can only take 30 ml per day. It contains olive, rosemary, sage leaves, and many other powerful plant compounds, which makes it incredibly nourishing for the gut and overall health. 🌿

Spring is almost here, which means we’ll soon be a

Spring is almost here, which means we’ll soon be able to eat one of nature’s most powerful plants again - dandelion. 🌼

Until then, it’s a great idea to support digestion and the liver with dandelion root extract or root powder and gently nourish the body after a long winter.

But you can also do it in a more fun way by hiding it inside a healthy dessert. ✨

💛 For 4 treats you’ll need 4 silicone muffin molds:
* 200 g yogurt of your choice (I used Planton coconut sour cream)
* 5 tbsp shredded coconut
* 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
* a pinch of vanilla powder or extract
* 1-4 dandelion powder capsules
* grated lime zest (optional)
* 70 g dark chocolate
* ½ tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sweetener, shredded coconut, vanilla, lime zest and dandelion powder.
2. Divide into muffin molds or pour into a loaf pan and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler.
4. Remove the treats from the silicone molds. If using a loaf pan, cut into desired pieces.
5. Dip into the chocolate, place on baking paper, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
6. Let the chocolate set and serve.
7. Store in the freezer.

💛 4 maiuse jaoks vajad 4 silikonist muffini vormi:
200g meelepärast jogurtit (kasutasin Planton kookoshapukoort)
5 spl kookoshelbeid
3 spl vahtrasiirupit või mett
sutsu vanillipulbrit/ekstrakti
1-4 vōilillepulbri kapslit
riivitud laimikoort (soovi korral)
70g tumedat šokolaadi (kasutasin 87% Bitter)
1/2 spl kookosõli

1. Sega kausis kokku jogurt, magustaja, kookoshelbed, vanill, vōilillepulber ja riivitud laimikoor.
2. Jaga muffinivormidesse ja aseta sügavkülma vähemalt 30min.
3. Sulata vesivannis šokolaad ja kookosõli
4. Võta kohukesed silikonvormist välja.
5. Kasta šokolaadi, aseta küpsetuspaberile ja raputa üle kookoshelvestega.
6. Lase šokolaadil taheneda ja serveeri.

31.01 ✨ I remember so clearly when I thought 30-year-olds were so… old. But in reality, nothing really changes — or does it? What has changed is that I understand much better the kind of life I want to live and what my purpose is. Ten years ago, I could have never imagined doing the things I’m doing today. I see many things differently now, and overall, life has turned out to be quite different and better than I once thought.

This number does change something, though, because on this birthday I find myself looking inward more than ever before. As I step into a new decade, I’m definitely bringing my inner child with me, because life should be positive and meant to be enjoyed.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my first 30 years and to those who are part of my life today. 🤍
