Hi, I’m Jete, a nature and plant lover, a curious wanderer, and a believer that movement and food can heal both the body and mind. 🌿

I’m from a small, cold country (and I really don’t like the cold!), so I’ve spent years chasing sunshine, beaches, and colorful mangos. I even lived for 1.5 years on a tropical island called Réunion, hidden in the Indian Ocean.

This time shaped how I live, move, and eat today. It reminded me that health doesn’t have to be complicated — it just has to feel good.

I’ve jumped out of the skies over Hawaii, hiked volcanoes in Indonesia, escaped a creepy stalker in Italy, and flown alone to the U.S. to chase my dreams. Traveling keeps me inspired — from tasting local plant-based dishes to hiking up mountains and swimming in turquoise waters. These experiences remind me that life’s best moments happen when you step outside your comfort zone.
