Thank you for sharing Colorful Mango with your community. These terms explain how our affiliate program works. By sharing your affiliate code, you agree to them.
1. Joining the program
You can apply on our affiliate page. We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
As an affiliate, you are an independent partner. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of Colorful Mango, and you may not make promises or agreements on our behalf.
2. Your code and your community's discount
When you are accepted, we create a personal discount code for you. Anyone who uses your code at checkout gets 10% off their first payment.
Your code is personal. Please don't transfer it or let anyone else promote it as their own.
3. Commission
- 30% of the first subscription payment made with your code.
- 20% of program purchases made with your code.
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer pays after the 10% discount, excluding VAT.
- You earn commission when a customer actually pays. Free trials don't count.
- If a payment is refunded, there's no commission for it.
- Only purchases made with your code count towards your commission.
- Purchases you make for yourself with your own code don't earn commission.
4. Payouts
- We pay the previous month's commission at the start of each month, by Wise or bank transfer.
- The minimum payout is €20. If your balance is lower, it carries over to the next month.
- You need to send us correct payment details. If you are a company or a registered sole trader, please send us an invoice for each payout.
- We may ask for details needed to meet our accounting and tax obligations before paying you.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on the commission you receive. Where the law requires us to withhold or report tax on a payout, we will do so and let you know.
6. How to promote Colorful Mango
We want people to discover Colorful Mango through honest, kind recommendations. Please:
- Always disclose the partnership, for example with “#ad”, “reklaam”, or “affiliate code”, as advertising rules require.
- Describe Colorful Mango truthfully and only share your own honest experience.
- Don't make medical or health claims, such as promising to cure pain, injuries, or conditions. Our classes are for general wellbeing, not medical treatment.
Please don't:
- Post your code on coupon, voucher, or deal websites.
- Run paid ads that use the Colorful Mango name or bid on it in search ads.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Pretend to be Colorful Mango or suggest you speak on our behalf.
- Use our logo, photos, or videos in a misleading way. Ask us if you'd like brand materials.
7. Your free month
New affiliates receive one free month of Colorful Mango membership so you can get to know the classes you recommend. It doesn't renew automatically.
8. Ending the partnership
You or we can end the partnership at any time by email. When it ends, your code stops working. We will pay the commission you earned before the end date, following the payout rules above.
If these terms are broken, we may deactivate your code straight away and withhold commission earned in breach of them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep sharing your code after that, you accept the updated terms.
