Movement has always been my home. Dancing was my first love, and when Pilates found me, it felt completely natural. For me, Pilates is more than just a workout. It’s a piece of my every day life. It’s how I stay close to myself, how I stay grounded. And that’s exactly what I want for you too. I love being in nature, the sounds, the stillness, the way it slows everything down. So I bring that into my classes, a little piece of the outside world as a hug for our body and mind.
