Ingredients
1cupbuckwheat flour(125g)
1bigbanana
2cupssoy vanilla milk(see notes)
Instructions
Blend half of the soy milk, buckwheat flour, and banana.
Add more milk if you want the batter to be more liquid.
Cook on low heat.
Stir the batter from time to time and add more milk if it gets thicker.
Serve with berries, peanut or almond butter, vegan yogurt, ice cream, maple syrup, chocolate chips, vegan butter, or anything you like.
Notes
Soy vanilla milk: You can substitute half of it with water. Or if you don't have vanilla milk then use regular soy milk or almond milk and add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
