Method
- Blend half of the soy milk, buckwheat flour, and banana.
- Add more milk if you want the batter to be more liquid.
- Cook on low heat.
- Stir the batter from time to time and add more milk if it gets thicker.
- Serve with berries, peanut or almond butter, vegan yogurt, ice cream, maple syrup, chocolate chips, vegan butter, or anything you like.
Notes
Soy vanilla : You can substitute half of it with water. Or if you don't have vanilla then use regular soy or and add 1 tsp .
