Healthy Peanut Butter Ice Cream (without Ninja Creami)

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 tbsp nut butter

  • food processor or powerful blender

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice your bananas before freezing. They need to be fully frozen, overnight works best.
  2. Add frozen bananas and peanut butter to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes for a firmer scoop.
