Healthy Chocolate Breakfast Pudding

Breakfast pudding is a healthy alternative to regular chocolate pudding. Can be served as breakfast or dessert. It's vegan and without added sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup almond milk (see notes)
  • 1 tsp peanut butter (see notes)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coffee powder (optional)

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Blend all the pudding ingredients until creamy. Add more liquid if needed.
  • Pour into bowls and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Almond milk: Substitute with any milk.
Peanut butter: Substitute with hazelnut butter or any other nut butter.
More topping ideas: Cacao nibs, crushed hazelnuts, mango, sunflower seeds
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
