Method
- Pour coconut milk into a pot or bowl.
- Add coconut sugar, spices, vanilla, and alcohol if using.
- Add more sugar if needed.
- Put in the fridge for at least 30 min to serve cold or heat up in the pot.
Notes
: Substitute with any other non-dairy but in that case, blend with a bit of water and add them as well to make it creamier.
: Substitute with date paste or maple syrup.
Ginger spice: If you can't find ginger or pumpkin spice, add ¼ tsp , ¼ tsp ginger, ⅛ tsp cloves, ⅛ tsp allspice, ¼ tsp , ¼ cardamom.
: Substitute with ½ pod or ½ tsp powder.
