Method
- Blend dates with cinnamon and water.
- Mash the banana and mix it with pumpkin puree.
- Add oat flour and a bit of salt.
- The batter should be of medium thickness, not too runny.
- Pour half of the batter into a bread pan.
- Add a layer of date cream (about three quarters).
- Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Add the remaining date cream.
- Top with half-sliced banana (optional).
- Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean.
