Vegan Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread (6 ingredients)

Cinnamon bun inspired banana-pumpkin bread melts in your mouth. Guilt-free pleasure for a dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 7 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 ½ cups oat flour
  • 30 dates
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup water

Method
 

  1. Blend dates with cinnamon and water.
  2. Mash the banana and mix it with pumpkin puree.
  3. Add oat flour and a bit of salt.
  4. The batter should be of medium thickness, not too runny.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a bread pan.
  6. Add a layer of date cream (about three quarters).
  7. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  8. Add the remaining date cream.
  9. Top with half-sliced banana (optional).
  10. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean.
