Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • tsp Gingerbread spice / Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Berries raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries
Toppings
  • blueberries/raspberries
  • banana
  • honey / maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Mash banana
  2. Add oats, gingerbread spices and mix
  3. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 15min
  4. Drizzle with some honey or maple syrup and top with fresh berries for added vitamins
  5. Serve with any plant milk
