Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • tsp Gingerbread spice / Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Berries raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries

Toppings

  • blueberries/raspberries
  • banana
  • honey / maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mash banana
  • Add oats, gingerbread spices and mix
  • Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 15min
  • Drizzle with some honey or maple syrup and top with fresh berries for added vitamins
