Healthy Christmas truffles (vegan)
Christmas truffles can be healthy and nutritious. You only need dates, oats, gingerbread spice mix and cacao powder. Enjoy guilt-free!

(optional, but recommended)
Instructions
Pit dates if needed.
Blend dates, oats, and gingerbread spice together until a sticky dough performs.
Form into balls. Roll inside cacao powder (also helps for stickiness) or shredded coconut.
Place in the fridge for up to 30-60 minutes until firm.
Notes
Shredded coconut:
Use as a topping or instead of cacao.
