Breakfast papaya bowl is a refreshing and nutritious tropical morning delight, featuring ripe papaya halves filled with an assortment of colorful fruits and coconut yogurt.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 papaya (ripe)
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (see notes)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 1 dragon fruit (see notes)
  • 1 guava
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • ½ lime

Method
 

  1. Cut ripe papaya in half
  2. Fill with coconut yogurt
  3. Top coconut yogurt with cut fruit
  4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and squeeze some lime juice over it

Notes

Coconut yogurt: Use any yogurt or substitute with sweet cashew cream
Dragon fruit: A good substitute would be a kiwi.
Add any fruit or toppings you'd like, for example, nut butter, raspberries, blueberries, granola, cacao nibs, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup.
