5 Ingredient Banana Bread
Banana bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack. It's ready in 30 minutes and only needs 5 minutes of preparation. It's vegan & without added sugars.

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Mash the bananas.
Add oats and mix.
Add chia seeds, flaxseeds and cinnamon, mix.
Pour in some water if needed. (I like it when it’s semi-liquid)
Spoon the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 20-25min at 390°F (200°C).
Let it cool down 5-10 minutes before cutting.
Seeds: If you'd like to increase the nutritional value, add more different seeds such as sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin.
