Method
- Mash the bananas.
- Add oats and mix.
- Add chia seeds, flaxseeds and cinnamon, mix.
- Pour in some water if needed. (I like it when it’s semi-liquid)
- Spoon the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 20-25min at 390°F (200°C).
- Let it cool down 5-10 minutes before cutting.
- Serve with homemade peanut butter.
Notes
Seeds: If you'd like to increase the nutritional value, add more different seeds such as sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin.
