5 Ingredient Banana Bread

Banana bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack. It's ready in 30 minutes and only needs 5 minutes of preparation. It's vegan & without added sugars.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mash the bananas.
  2. Add oats and mix.
  3. Add chia seeds, flaxseeds and cinnamon, mix.
  4. Pour in some water if needed. (I like it when it’s semi-liquid)
  5. Spoon the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 20-25min at 390°F (200°C).
  6. Let it cool down 5-10 minutes before cutting.

Notes

Seeds: If you'd like to increase the nutritional value, add more different seeds such as sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin.
