Ingredients

  • 1 papaya (ripe)
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (see notes)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 1 dragon fruit (see notes)
  • 1 guava
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • ½ lime

Instructions

  • Cut ripe papaya in half
  • Fill with coconut yogurt
  • Top coconut yogurt with cut fruit
  • Sprinkle with coconut flakes and squeeze some lime juice over it

Notes

Coconut yogurt: Use any yogurt or substitute with sweet cashew cream
Dragon fruit: A good substitute would be a kiwi.
Add any fruit or toppings you'd like, for example, nut butter, raspberries, blueberries, granola, cacao nibs, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup.
