Don&#8217;t be afraid of the fructose inside a fruit. A ripe banana is like an egg substitute that holds the dough together.<\/p><p><strong>Gingerbread spice mix:<\/strong> If you don&#8217;t have a mix, do it yourself. 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground cardamom, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp allspice, \u00bd tsp ground clove.
